Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your payment stub for accurate posting. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Be sure to mail your payments to our mailing address which is Hardin Water Supply at P. O. Box 819 Hardin, Texas 77561-0819.
Payment Options
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, debit and credit cards. We do charge a small convenience fee for debit and credit card payments. You can also make your payments by phone if using your card or online at this website (see more info below). The small convenience fee will still apply. Or you may choose to set up your card to be charged automatically on the 10th of each month. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We do have a drop box directly to the left of the front door in the event we are closed. Please do not put cash payments in the drop as Hardin Water will not be responsible for loss. Be sure to give proper information so your payment will get posted correctly.
WE NOW HAVE ONLINE PAYMENTS ON OUR WEBSITE (just click the tab below). You will need to have your account number and correct amount due in order to get the correct information for payments. Also, you will need to list your email address. A small convenience fee will be added at the time you make your payment and the amount will show up underneath the payment amount on the screen. This fee covers the outside cost of the processing center and card charge. Hardin Water does not make any profit on these payments. You may also choose to pay a different amount than owed after you access your payment information. Payment Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
