As many of you know, the Hardin Volunteer Fire Department asked Hardin Water to work with them in an effort to gather donations from the local community.  Many of you signed up and we are grateful to you all.  Anyone who may not have signed up when the original notification was mailed out, it is not too late.  When you sign a form to agree to include $2.00 extra per month on your water bill, that amount goes to the HVFD and is distributed $1.00 to be used as they see fit for equipment and necessities.  The other $1.00 (Per month) goes to a fund to provide for more fire hydrants in the area.  For more information, you may call us at Hardin Water or anyone in the HVFD.  To download a form which MUST be signed to authorize us to take out your donation, you can go to "FORMS" on this website, come by the office, or call and we will mail you a form.  This donation must remain at the $2.00 per month amount.  If you wish to donate any more than that, please do so to The Hardin Volunteer Fire Department at PO Box 638 in Hardin 77561.
